Lorelei is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor currently studying for the RYT 500 with a specialty in Structural Therapy. She offers in-person and online classes, as well as private instruction. Her classes include Hatha (static poses), Vinyasa (flow), Do-in (self-massage), Pranayama (breath practice), Mindfulness, and Meditation.

Silver Sneakers Certified to teach a wide range of ages and abilities.

Yoga can be modified to create a welcoming space where individuals can explore their practice and discover its many benefits.
